Travel Program

PSB Ventures events are designed for travelers age 50 and over.
We will be following CDC guidelines.

You may be aware that we do not plan Ventures trips in January or February because of the weather’s unpredictability. However, because of our rare December derecho storm when we were to be in Chanhassen MN, our December 2021 trip is now scheduled for Wednesday, January 19, 2022. All who were signed up with us are planning to go; if anyone else wishes to go along, we will attempt to get more tickets.

MUSIC MAN! Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, Wednesday, January 19, 2022. This matinee performance of our favorite musical comedy could be set anywhere, but Iowa is the perfect spot! After our delicious lunch, we’ll sit back and enjoy this much-loved Tony/Grammy-award winning show. How many trombones lead The Big Parade? Will Marian the librarian fall for Professor Harold Hill? Join us on this wonderful day trip! Your fee of $165 ($5 discount if a PSB customer) includes our luxurious motor coach, delicious lunch, taxes and tips.

SAVE THE DATE: Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Saturday Matinee, April 23, 2022. The classic tale of love, energy and forgiveness comes to life on the Gallagher Bluedorn main stage. The beloved Andrew Lloyd Weber musical tells the story of the “coat of many colours” of Joseph from the Bible’s Book of Genesis. This musical hits the stage just in time for the Easter season. It will be a local collaboration of colorful and exciting scope through partnerships with the wcfsymphony, the UNI School of Music, Waterloo and Cedar Falls Community Theatre. Stay tuned for more details and plan to enjoy it with us.
