Today, PSB Corporation continues to serve our 200+ stockholders and our surrounding communities with the same passion and commitment that we started with so long ago. Cleves Savings Bank opened in January in the back rooms of this General Store; later changing its name to Security Savings Bank.

In October, Peoples Savings Bank in Wellsburg opened.

Peoples Savings Bank’s main office moved to its current location on the corner of 3rd and Adams in Wellsburg on December 3.

Peoples Savings Bank remodeled its Wellsburg location.

The new Cleves branch was opened exactly 50 years from opening the original Peoples Savings Bank in Wellsburg.

Peoples Savings Bank in Wellsburg went through a remodel.

PSB Corporation purchased First State Bank (fka First National Bank of Sumner) in Sumner, IA, with a branch in Fayette. (pictured)

PSB Corporation purchased Denver Ban Corp (a bank holding company) – later dissolving resulting in PSB Corporation’s ownership of Denver Savings Bank.

Peoples Savings Bank opened its Dike, IA branch in June.

PSB Corporation sold First State Bank in Sumner, Iowa.
